Return Policy

Hi! We hope you are enjoying your experience of shopping with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or for an exchange of equal value items. Please refer to the statements below for more information on our return policy.

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged and are non-refundable:

(Shipping fees and Delivery fees are non-refundable)

1) Gift cards, store credit and reward points.
2) Items that have been exposed to water or submerged in water.
3) Perishable items such as fish food, chemicals, substrate and etc.

Please Note :
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $300.00.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- Sale items will only be refunded for the sales price that it was purchased.
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@befishy.com to arrange a refund or an exchange.

RETURNS

All items must be returned within thirty (30) days of the received date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@befishy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and packing material including warranty cards, manuals and accessories, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via e-mail when your return has been processed.
